We feel responsible towards the people who work with us, our clients and the territory we live in.
Since 2005 our nursery has been welcoming children from employees and families in the neighborhood
Our canteen offers menus with seasonal, PDO, PGI and organic products and vegetarian meals
Inclusion and gender equality are important values for us and we are committed to further improving them
That is why we produced our first Gender Equality Plan 2022-2023 and we started the path to gender equality certification
In February 2020 about 50% of our colleagues were smartworking and teleworking
Today 100% of them are fully equipped to work remotely
We invest in training and continuous updating of expertise. We aim to the constant improvement of our organization thanks to new technologies. We take care of the organizational welfare and work-life balance of our workforce, through a benefit system that includes a nursery, a canteen and a psychological consultancy service.

Our data centers in Torino and Vercelli are ISO 50001 certified.
